We worked with The Opus Group to develop and design the Ascend – Five Points South student housing apartment building in Birmingham, Alabama. Our goal was to create student apartments that seamlessly blend modern comfort with a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. Every element of this living space is carefully curated to cater to the needs of the contemporary student, from the sleek, open-concept kitchen and living areas to the cozy, private bedrooms.

Situated in the heart of Atlanta, GA, Square on Fifth stands as a 25-story testament to innovative design in the realm of mixed-use residential architecture. Elevating the student living experience, the upper 23 floors host 628 beds of off-campus housing for Georgia Tech, distributed among 230 units featuring one to four bedroom configurations.
