All F3 products carry up to a 10 year limited warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship. Component parts not manufactured by F3 such as electrical light fixtures, light bulbs, and electrical power centers are warranted by those respective manufacturers. Fabric, vinyl, foam, and leather products hold a 3 year limited warranty against wear and deterioration. All upholstery frames and case good metal frames carry a 10 year warranty against normal wear and tear. All laminate and wood products carry a 5 year warranty against all normal wear and tear.
To obtain a return authorization of damaged product, first, contact your sales representative or customer service representative. Generally, we will send a sales or customer service representative out to inspect the damaged product to determine the nature and cause of damage. If you obtain return authorization from a Customer Service Representative, F3, at our discretion, will either (a) provide a replacement or (b) repair your product. If deemed defective, the product will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer at no cost. Cost of transportation to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by an authorized F3 representative and customer.
This warranty is void if F3 deems said damage was caused by abuse, negligence, modification or by accident.
**All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal student housing use by persons weighing 225 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight, or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature, or any other event beyond the control of F3. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The user assumes all risk of injury from use of this product. In no event will F3 be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for any loss or injury to person or PROPERTY, resulting from the manufacture, sale, and/or use of the product, unless such exclusions are prohibited by state law.
